HappyWivesProject is a homegrown collective cooking project by Bu Kika and her household assistant—built on empowerment, sustainability, and circular values. Nitchii is an illustrator from Surabaya who documents everyday life through images, from films and books to food. Food—and the act of eating—became the meeting point for Bu Kika and Nitchii. And so, we celebrate it through a collaborative project where dishes from the kitchen meet drawings.
Starting 2026 with a small but exciting collaboration with TokoKopiTuku for their newest and first ToserbaTuku in Surabaya. This project brings my illustrated world out of the sketchbook and into everyday objects. T-shirts, tote bags, and DIY sticker sets designed to be worn, carried, and interacted with.
